To return or exchange a product, defective or not, please follow the instructions below:
Please contact us within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. Special Order/ Custom Made items are usually not exchangeable or returnable. All returns will be determined on an individual basis. Restocking and/or other fees may apply.
Include the following information:
Your Name, Addrress, Phone Number
Name of Product and Size,
Order Number (invoice number/sales receipt number) if possible.
Indicate the specific problem you have encountered, ie. manufacturing defect, wrong size or product, etc.

You will be contacted with instructions for the item's return within 2 business days.
Shipping charges are ONLY refundable IF we shipped you a wrong item or one determined to have a manufacturing defective; in which case WE APOLOGISE. You will have the option of a refund, gift certificate or replacement free of charge with reimburse for your return shipping providing you ship as requested. We do not reimburse for overnight or express shipping costs.
**Products returned without authorization will not be accepted and credit will not be issued.**
If you are simply requesting an exchange for a different product or size, we do not cover return shipping expense. Any price difference and reshipment cost must be made prior to our shipping you the new product.
Non-defective correct sized merchandise must be in original purchase condition with original packaging and include the receipt/invoice/or packing slip (make a copy to keep for your own records). Non-defective Returns that are eligible for a refund or credit are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee. A refund, credit, or exchange will be issued after inspection and acceptance of returned merchandise.
